Upper body day. My arms are now jello. And I fully anticipate everything will be sore tomorrow. But tomorrow will be a rest day! So small miracles. By rest, I mean no gym. Same old craziness with kids though and violin lessons and home school lessons. Going to push protien today and just keep on keeping on. Have a great day FS Friends. :)

Thank you LadyinDenim!! Just doing it one day at a time. My first many gym sessions was much simpler workouts with bands and easing into fitness. I wish I had blogged those way back when I started in Aug 2022.
