Thanks ajbusjahn! Man, 48 reps of full range of motion front squats followed by 48 reps of barbell lunges is no joke! I was walking funny after that. 🤣 Had to move the weights down on both the leg extensions and hamstring curls from what I normally do after that too. But, man does it build definition. 😀
