Was just looking at my weight history, and I have just seen that I have lost 5 kg in one month. Wow, that is a lot! Hopefully, it stays like that.

@CarbAbuser honestly, everything has gotten worse. I might have to go to the doctor for an eating disorder. My mum is very worried.

Christina I’ve been worried about you as well. I thought you were going to meet with a nutritionist? Please do consult the dr your mom is suggesting. Knowledge is power and with that you can make wiser healthier choices.
