Too much cardio left me with muscle loss with a higher body fat percentage. I lost fat and regained the lost muscle with a proper bulk sponsored by my local bakery. 😁 

Btw, this is the same stall. PF had different shower curtains in 2017. I wasn't the best at posing in there yet, but still, you can see the dramatic difference in how lean I am, despite the weight gain. 

That tear drop is coming out!! 

Thanks guys, I almost didn't post it cause when I hold my phone this way the legs get overshadowed. I decided wth since the separation was there.

Yeah, 2017 was when this PF opened in our rinky dink area. 1800 workouts later and here we are lol. It didnt tale that long, I was actually in similar shape in 2019. Probably better. Trying to get there again by age 42.

Princess so funny i didnt even notice the glasses till i read the comments!!! He’s so cute with them! My hubs got lasik about 16 years ago and i thought he looked like the hot librarian or something along those lines but he hated them!!! But he sure does love his perfect vision even today!!! Diablo you will be thrilled with your eyesight after👁️
