Diario di dollkey, 02 set 09

My weight loss is still ongoing but it had slowed down. For the past 2 days or so I haven't been feeling well, kinda depressed I guess. I've had the worst cravings for carbs and sugar and that had me down and in a bad mood. But I'm gonna change that now. A 0.8 lb loss isn't bad.

I still wonder if t's better to weigh myself everyday or just weigh after a trip to the toilet...

I was feeling the exact same way:( but today I found out I lost 2lbs. Belive me it will come off keep your head up:) 0.8 is a good loss atleast you haven't gained:)I think weighing yourself everyday isn't a good idea. I think thats what got me down. I think you should pick one day a week and stick with it. I don't think you'll be discouraged that way.Are bodies are going to fluctuate a pound or two with water weight and all. your doing AWESOME!!!

Thanks jesskripp! I don't weigh everyday, just after every you-know. It's so tempting to weigh myself every day though.
