Back again after 3 months of not counting but eating fairly sensibly interspersed with giving in frequently to chocolate craving. it is difficult to eat tiny dinner when your partner has greyhound genetics and is looking forward to main meal and I mainly cook. just have to portion mine and have no or few carbs. I need to get serious as I am going away in 6 weeks and would love to wear clothes in my wardrobe that are too tight at present. Does drinking water assist in weight loss?

Eating in a calorie deficit will help lose weight 😀 but water can help to stave of the hunger pangs while you adjust to smaller portions... it's amazing for rehydration of dry skin, mental clarity and lots of other things too...
