Diario di krazycat 99, 29 lug 15

ok, I have lost some more weight but looking back at my food journal, it looks like I am a carb junkie !! My goal is to make sure I add more protein to my diet. I will take a pound however I can get it, but I want to do it the healthy way!!

My carbs usually look pretty similar. Most of the time my protein is plant based so way more carbs that one eating animal based proteins. I'm back to mostly plants today after a foray into meats with grandkids here.

Glad to hear I'm not the only carb junkie on here....lol. Mine is usually in veggies and fruit. I threw all the sweets and junk food out because I know I will eat it.

I eat lots of whole foods: beans, other legumes, whole grains, veggies and fruits and not a lot of meat most of the time. I do go on spurts and eat meat and my carbs are not as high. Not a carb junkie for junk foods but nutrient dense carbs, there is a huge difference.

that makes me feel good!!! I try for healthy and good for me. My plan doesn't work for most as I eat a bit differently.
