Reminder to self: No more nuts. You an’t be trusted with them. 🤣 One 7oz bowl = 1100 calories. Was well on plan before you gave in! Do be better to be better.

Same here! I was in the nuts yesterday. Uggh they throw off my macros!

They are so good for us but sooo high in calories and natural fats. They are the little guys never to be underestimated!!

Love nuts and eat them every day, but measured out in a small ramekin. Same with seeds.

JB, when I bought them, I told myself I would make sure to only eat 1 small 1 oz serving every other day…. But, I like them so much, I probably shouldn’t by any for awhile lol

I once thought nuts would be part of my healthy diet, until I realized that there were too many fat calories relative to the protein content. When it comes to nuts I have a huge problem with portion control. So, unless they are nuts that I must shell myself, I avoid them. Shelling, slows down the eating.

I have walnuts or almonds every morning on my breakfast yogurt. I eat them for the healthy fats not the protein or the fiber. When you start thinking of nuts as a protein source or a snack that's what gets you in trouble.

I love nuts - especially macadamias.

I find cashews particularly hard to resist. I can't keep them in the house.
