Ok, so no progress this past week 😔. It’s been too hot to do any outdoor activity or work, my left knee has decided to give me trouble with a bakers cyst and swollen all around. Yesterday was my 72nd birthday and my DH (who never ever gains a pound no matter what he eats) treats me to everything irresistible....bless his heart! Lol. Sooooo, today is the day the Lord has made and I’m going to rejoice and try to get back on track!
