S-w-eet 🤸🏼‍♀️ Ever so slowly creeping to the 'upper limit' of what I hope and pray will be my maintenance weight until they put me in the ground and I start pushing up daisies 😀 Worthy of note: this week I have gone down another notch on my Garmin smart watch 👍 That's equavalent to a notch per 5-6kg loss. Also a reminder that excess fat spreads everywhere (who knew!!!) and of what our bodies are capable of if we just keep turning up with good fuel, consistent sleep and a bit of regular movement...
