Work has now asked me and receptionist to alternate our lunch breaks week to week. I got the 11:30-12:30 first. I am finding this very challenging. I am climbing the walls and starving. I keep looking at the clock, "just another hour and change. Don't snack!" Granted next week will be me hungry in the early side but I am trying to get back to shakes and bars so I can eat before I head out for lunch break.

Serenity Now! Course I plan to eat a salad and a protein bar tonight.

That’s my schedule every other week as well and to say it’s challenging is an understatement.

@rfox512 and the manager purposely gave me the early lunch first knowing that I did not want to have the early lunch at all. She hates me.

@wisteriasky12, I always try to have some sort of little snack around for that in between until I can take my actual lunch. I like nuts and seeds, fruit, or even yogurt

@rfox512 True, i have a drawer with healthy snacks. Just had some yogurt too. Plan to pop some corn a little later.

Try Sargento Balanced Breaks that are nuts, cheese & cranberries. Also, I get myself the individually wrapped ,75 oz cheeses -- you'd be surprised how effectively one piece of cheese can stave off hunger.

Try eating 2 dates Regulates your blood sugar and cuts down the hunger pangs.
