I didn't really have time to make dinner for myself when I came home from work. I had to cook dinner for my daughters and rush off to my second job. If was another frustrating evening and I came home pretty hungry, so I stopped off at the supermarket and rewarded myself with a ribeye steak. And.... that was dinner! Just steak. No veggies. I just didn't feel up to cooking more than that. The good thing is that I didn't stop off and get myself 3 Big Macs AND I stayed low carb! So far, it has been a good week of following my meal plan. Let's hope that I can make it through the weekend ok!

A big part of doing this is choices and doing the right things within the limits of what you are able to do. You did that....nice job. Just continue, you can do it.
