This is my first day on Induction, and I want to get off to a great start.

It's hard to record exactly what I had on the diet calendar, the way it's set up, so I'll be reiterating it here for my own benefit.

Breakfast: 3 medium eggs, scrambled with 1 Tbs of onions, 2 oz of cheese, 1 Tbs half & half; 4 pork link breakfast sausages, about 2 oz of Ecrich smoked sausage; and a cup of Folgers Instant coffee, with Splenda, and 1 oz of half & half.

1485 kcal Gras: 91,30g | Prot: 121,84g | Carb: 27,18g.   Colazione: 1 cup of coffee,  smoked sausage, link sausages, 3 eggs scrambled, with cheese. Pranzo: crystal light, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, 1/4 lb beef burgers. Cena: crystal light, zucchini, pork chop. Snacks/Altro: sugarfree popsicles, water, cheddar cheese, diet root beer, pork rinds. Di più...

I don't know how others record things but I experimented with the program until I was able to enter everything I ate. You will need to learn to do this as it will be so much easier for you to keep track of your fats, carbs, fiber, and protein. I was reluctant when I started but discovered that writing everything down and doing a lot of pencil and paper looking up was way too time consuming...for your breakfast I would enter egg and when it came up (change it to 3 and choose medium size), then enter next ingredient..onion and when it comes up change the serving to tablespoon and indicate 1...so and so forth. You will find that brand names are provided for some selections and other times you will have to find something that is similiar to what it says on the package. Give it a try...you will see that it is indeed easy. Good luck on your journey...when you have a question, put it out there....someone will respond.
