9 days in and I'm really surprised how easily I have adapted to high protein & Lo carbs ...... I haven't had a slice of bread or any sugar at all in that time but although I have a bit of an ache behind my eyes I am just so very determined to reach my goal of 30.5 kms off. I have to buy a men's size xxl wet suit for when I go to the pool each day because I am getting so cold and I suffer terribly from bronchial problems & pneumonia is a regular long term visitor to my house.
