I’ve been thinking about writing this for a while now, so I’m finally doing it. It’s concerning the diet that I’m on or not on. Because, I’m not on a diet, I’m counting my calories. And in my limited opinion, that is not a diet. It may be part of a diet. When/if I ever get close to, or go over that special number of calories I stop eating. Plan and simple. I guess my definition of a diet is when a person avoids certain foods or eats specially prepared foods. I have almost eliminated all soda pop from my diet. For example, today I had ¼ can of coke. Typically, I finish coke like was going out of style. Back in the day, 2 liter of coke or Dr. Pepper would last me 8 hours. Now I drink water, up to a gallon a day. That seems to be going nicely except now I pee like every hour or so.
I forgot, I don’t eat normal meals, almost never. 98% of the time I do not eat breakfast. 95% of the time I do not eat lunch. So Yeah.
