has been a rough week of eating like crap and too many carbs and it shows I have went from 323 to 325 but alot of it is bloating and not enough sleep. I did awful this week but determined to get it back off should come back off in couple days as long as I do better than I was and don't eat after 3pm and fasting for 16hr to 18hr ..
147,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 47,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
