Diario di Greywalk, 02 set 23

Bummer, sholder is not healing as quick as I would like so am having to slow build mileage again. My top speed this week on the flats was a little over 22 mph not bad for an old guy. But need to extend that speed out over 50 miles. Today returned to the club ride for the first time in more than a month. Rode 17.9 miles so was good. I look forward to going the distance again at 30+ tomorrow's goal is between 20 - 22 miles not certain if I want to do the ride down the back streets yet as my shoulder will object to the hammering the road gives.
