have to reassess my diet and some choices. being a shift worker means I have to try start being organised with my meals. fast easy options obviously aren't the best choices. rather than relying on my go to gluten free schnitzels for fast easy meals I'll start meal prepping with real chicken... take time for myself to do this!!
