Looks balanced. Although I read it is not, the pasta reminds me of Velveeta shells and cheese; it's one of those grandma used to make. Because if it didn't come out of a package, she wasn't making it!

Haha yep, first time trying this kind. I saved them for a day when my carbs were super low, but Velveeta may have been better! These weren't great
