Thank you to all for your support. Erasr63 -re:calories . About 505 calories per dish ( one medium size russet potato with skin, two medium eggs, olive oil and salted butter mixture, pinch of spices + teaspoon of fresh dill and scallions) . Balanced mixture of carbs , fats and protein. Not in the picture, but I have a good cup of sauerkraut for probiotics and extra fibre.
