Hi all,

Would like some guidance towards fat loss. Hate cardio, but love hitting the Irons.
Currently doing a 6-day PPL and eating 1600cal per day trying to hit 150g+ protein per day.
My daily food looks like this:
04:30 hit the gym for 1h
05:30 home - taking a protein shake (Biogen Whey Isolate)
07:00 4 large eggs and 1 slice of brown toast
12:00 Prepped meal (200g chicken fillet, 100g rice, 100g Veggies
16:00 Dinner - trying to limit carbs to 100g cooked and whatever protein was prepared. Mince, chicken or steak 200g and some veg
Any tips on the above - am I eating too little? Want to lose fat but maintain muscle
