Beef Brisket in a coconut curry. I was getting board and hungry. I ate a can of tuna at 6am. My weight loss is slowing so I'm going to try less fat more protein this week by including some chicken and fish. Its raining so I need to find a way to walk.

Hmm outta coconut milk, but that can be cured... might head over to the Fabric shop to I need a lintless fabric to make a cover for my drums.

It quit raining, YEAH. the mall is a great idea. They do let me walk my dog there but first he must go #2 🤣. ADOPOSEMAM, a plastic tarp would 😁

I am so glad I made some Curry Sauce... used 1/2 jar Thai Green Curry Sauce, 1/4c Indian Curry Powder, 1tsp Turmeric, 2 diced Red Thai Chilies and 750ml Thai Kitchen Coconut milk... soooo goood... Thanks for the inspiration Jenjabba... been a while since I made a Green Curry Sauce, I usually make Red.
