CHICAGO KEN, just a slow cooked beef brisket in its soup broth. I used an onion, bullion, and a bay leaf. Slow cooked in my crockpot for about 6 hours.

@Jenjabba... I braise my roasts low n slow in the oven, be it Brisket or Sirloin, in broth. When it is done, I drain off the broth for the freezer, then add it to the next Roast. I end up with a broth so rich, it tastes like a roast... I use that to simmer some roasted pieces in, to make a quick Beef Soup... so flavourful and yummy, you can be satisfied just drinking the broth!.

Ken, i just might do that i need to buy a few chickens. I'll cook the chicken till done, remove the meat and skin, then put the carcass back in the broth. I use poultry seasoning with the celery onions and carrots, then cook till dead 🤣 It's been years since i made it. It's time! I'm from just north of Chicago. Now near Atlanta.

LMAo, I try really hard not to drink it all... but sometimes it never makes the freezer.
