Perfect! I’d eat every bite of that! I know some people find this weird, but I’d definitely add SF ketchup!! A must for me w liver! Lol

Liver and eggs are some of the richest protein sources...you are joking?

@Tsaiyuin, compared to most of my other meals it's light. I try to get as close to 110g of protein per meal (I eat 2 meals a day). This meal was around 85g of protein.
