95.5kg start 7.8.15 90.2kg today 29.8.15 = 5.3 loss in 22 days ..... I have been so conscientious though & I think it's all because I am answerable to this program & joining 3 Challenges as soon as I started .... No Sugar for 6 weeks, Exercise 5 times weekly and lose 24lbs in 12 weeks as well as the Over 65's with more than 30kg to lose group. Happy me 😜 ..... Only I don't like it when I can't see the words I am typing after about the tenth line ~ there must be a message in that ~ SHUT UP!!!!! 😂👍🏽
