I'm starting a modified master cleanse tomorrow. I have a friend who is a certified homeopathic wellness counselor and she has recommended a cleanse for years. I'm finally to a point where I can SEE that I need it.
I say modified because I'm going to do the cleanse, but eat organic fruits (limited) and veggies. Then at the end of the week, I'll consider the next step. I'm thinking of doing the Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead juice diet for the remainder of September. I think maybe eating the same veggies instead of juicing them would work too.
