...... I wish I knew how to see what I am typing in my journal beyond a certain point when my keyboard is obscuring it & how to edit it after I have saved it and then seen an error in the formerly hidden area that I had just finished typing ...... Bah humbug!!!!! Of course my son didn't give me a goofed grin .... he gave me a gorgeous 41 year old man/boy goofey grin which I just loved seeing.
A N Y W A Y S ..... what I was saying before I got cut off by the stupid page running out and I couldn't see where my last typed word was ~ here it is after 11pm and I still have to bake 4doz cup cakes for his kids so they get to celebrate his success too ~ my son has worked for 14 years to win this school ~ it is a little Indiginous Mission school & he has studied long & hard to acclimatise himself to the Rites and Rituals of the land and its respected Elders of the Community

...... there's more than one way of killin' a cat or keeping this in my journal for posterity's sake .... lol.
My Paul loves these kids and has spent a long time working towards this day so that he can spend the next 30 years moulding these children & their children's children into great Aussie achievers of the future .... he teaches the way he always would have loved to have been taught & his past pupils still come back to visit, equally so, he always makes himself available for visits to their homes and sporting events etc.... to extend his presence into their Community , he holds sausage sizzles some weekends outside the local hardware store to have a bit of fun with the kids and help raise funds for the next trip away. He has taken them on a 600km bus trip to Sydney and shown them the Opera House, Darling Harbour, Bondhi Beach, The Zoo .... so more kudos to my son Paul ~ I am a very proud Mum right
now and so I had better go and make these cup cakes for the kiddies or I will never wake up in the morning to have my 6th and final tooth extracted surgically ..... eeeeeew ..... not looking forward to that ~ maybe I'll sneak in a couple of comforting cup cakes with a hot chocolate before I lay my head down 'cos tomorrow's going to bring on a week's worth of pain .....
