A week's worth of Holiday binging in Wales, probably explains the expected increase in weight!
Not overly fussed, because it was quite a pleasure to indulge in all those naughty things like chips, ice cream and beer for just a week. But hopefully once I'm back into the swing of my usual diet, along with hitting the mill again, I'll be losing those pounds again - just in time for Christmas!
