Rustic homemade lasagne for my hubby but I did allow a piece for myself. Of course weight is up but its all about balance and Ill adjust today.

Leah, funny how that works ..I became lactose intolerant in my late 50s. Never had a problem before. Now the only cheeses I can handle are feta and Parm. Occasionally I can have mozzarella and ricotta.. I did get a bit of a tummy ache from so much cheese but it was worth it 💜 Mortica, thank you!🩷

Redporch, Thank you. It was delicious! I gained but adjusted eating yesterday and gain is already gone. Yippee!🎉🎉

That looks delicious. When I first met my wife, on probably our 3rd date she invited me to her apartment for dinner. She made lasagna and Italian bread. I was definitely hooked. She still makes the same recipe today though tweeked a little with some really good Italian sausage. It is still one of my favorite dinner choices.
