6th 5K? Kinda... ran 2.2 miles with 2 intervals on the last 1/2 mile. Walked for .1, then 3/4 sprint for .2, walk .1, sprint .2, walk .1, sprint .2... finished the course in 34:08, same time as my previous complete run without walking. Sprinting felt great! Lasr time I sprinted was 15 years ago when my 5 year old let the kite string go... took me 100 yards to catch it and my heart almost exploded! Today my heart felt great, even with the 167 BPM I had after the last sprint! What is my end in mind? My 19 year old son's personal record is 19:37! Wish me luck!

Nice - my 100% BPM is 172 - I generally hang around 162 BPM for 50% of my workouts!

You are knocking it out HCB, My max is 167 so my cardio rate of 85% is supposed to be 143... my runs average 154.
