I made my own Saag Paneer. I found a new Indian Grocery store! SPICES! I have NO IDEA the calorie count. LOL. I added heavy cream cuz it was too salty. not bad for my first try. I'm making some more Indian dishes this week. I'll add the salt carefully!

Liv01, Thanks. It wasn't as good as from the Indian restaurant but hey, it was my first time making it. The Paneer cheese was great. The taste was close! I just do not like over salted things. I even thought before I put the salt it that it seemed like it called for too much.

We have a new grocery store that sells ethic. I have been contemplating paneer for a bit. Hard to get those spices right for me.
