When I began this journey I put a number down for my goal (which was simply my upper BMI since I didn't know what to expect) and since then I have needed to lower that number several times. Weight loss keeps on a downward trend for now but I expect that one day I will arrive at a set point. I am not too concerned about the numbers any more though, just on how I feel. I feel stronger with my modest weight training, my endurance on hikes is much improved, and this may sound silly but my skin and hair are brighter and shinier too. I am the version of myself now that I used to see buried inside my prior self when I looked in the mirror. This has been such an uplifting journey for me and I appreciate all of you sharing your stories along the way. Although I am usually very quiet on here, I do appreciate all of your stories and root for every one of you that you may be exactly who you want to be.
