I’ve been doing a very low carb (less than 5g of carbs) and it is great how there’s no cravings stomach pain and weight loss is so fast.

fast isn't always good. Slow and steady is better helps keep it off for longer and is much healthier.

I don't fast too lose weight, I fast because im not hungry. I only eat when i'm hungry, that's why i love keto

And I got to admit keto is really good and I wonder why doctors doesn’t recommend the keto and saying it is dangerous and I m sure it can reverse diabetes if it’s done properly and clean I was developing pre diabetes and it helped to reverse it. Keto rocks and I stopped doing keto and reintroducing the carbs
Now I do intermittent fasting and break the fast with blood sugar friendly snacks and I make sure I get protein fibre and fat for rest of the meals most probably 2 meals
I do 2 snacks and one big meal for most part of my life
