Happy Hump Day everybody :) Well I did weights this morning and it was rough as I have not done much weight training recently it just tells me to keep it in there. tomorrow Yoga day :)

Rotating workouts is good, you seem to be pretty consistent with it. I'm hoping to get some strength training in today and just do some walking otherwise to give the legs a breather.

I love lifting weights. I'll even do bicep curls when holding a jug of water while waiting in line at the check-out.

Weight lifting is fantastic, 30 years ago I was a true "gym fly" and in the best shape of my life. I can no longer lift, now yoga is my strength training. It also is a source of humor for my husband and dog....
