My weight has balanced out at 108.2kg for the past 4 days. No weight loss is a result of a high starchy carbohydrate meal at papa johns (pizza) so i should not repeat that. things should start going down over the next 2 days again. This morning i had a high carb meal, and felt fine but a little tiered which shows i had too many carbs. It was a local dish here in china called jin bing something like a breakfast wrap. I need to avoid gluten in the morning and try non starchy carbs which always makes me feel very good, energetic and clear mentally. A note to self: if I feel tired after eating I have had too many carbs, if I feel very good after eating it means i was not doing well before even if i hadn't noticed before eating. The only thing I should feel after eating is not hungry. In the morning I need to focus on eating legumes and nuts and seeds without oils, and adjust the carbs based on energy levels after eating.
