Hello to everyone. I have returned from vacation and 10 lbs heavier. Of course I expected that but was hoping it would not happen. I ate everything my sister fixed for me. Chicken and Noodles, Carnitas, Tongue and more. I did have a great time and do not regret one bite. It will come off now that I am home and reeling myself in. It is interesting how much you can gain but I know I was not as careful as I could have been and gave in to snacking the last few days.
Well as they say don't cry over spilt milk. Maybe it was the chocolate covered pretzels ha ha. I am feeling good about myself and will get right back to eating within reason and correctly. Talk to you all later.
