Well there's a heck of a cold snap on its way in, and I'm disappointed because I can see that it won't be too long before I won't be doing my long walks with the dogs because it's just too darn cold. But I'm hoping that I'll be able to substitute in a 20-30-minute workout on the stationery bicycle. I'm also going to look into whether I can get into a water aerobics class, and I am really going to try to do an extra agility workout with the dogs every single week. I wish I could get myself to become one of those fitness converts who does 5 classes a week plus running a few miles, but it's just not in my nature, and I don't have time. I love to walk, and I just hate it when the weather gets so cold that walking is not an option. boo hiss
