After an absence of just on a month due to illness in relation to my tooth extractions, a lousy dose of bronchitis, a nasty fall in my pebble paved driveway which ripped great chunks of skin off my knee, down my shin & upper foot AND a bad case of the bedridden blues, I feel like I'm back on track now ..... STARTED 7.8.15 @ 95.5kg TODAY 21.10.15 ~ 85.2kg = 10.3kg lost in just on 10 weeks ~ I think I'm pretty happy with that ~ all things considered ~ some people were kind & brought comfort food for me which I duty fully ate 😉 but I'm surprised that I didn't have any MAJOR pig outs ~ perhaps that was 'cod I couldn't get out to shop ~ although there was that one time that I had a super stack of home made pancakes with lemon juice & raw sugar ~ OMG ~ they were to die for!!!! 😜
