Diario di Hermiones Mom, 22 ott 15

I've been eating a bit too much the past couple of weeks and I know it. So I don't expect much of a weight loss. I'm going to wait to weigh myself for a week so that I don't aggravate myself. I'm not sure quite why I'm struggling to stay at or under 1400 right now, but I am. I'm still eating a net that's OK -- that is, eating less than I'm using. But I know myself, and when I eat over 1500, no matter what the net number says, I don't lose weight. Some of it I think is because of a lot of socializing -- Cubs game watching, etc. So I just have to settle back down to my more normal routine, and I think the calorie count will drop back as well. Last night went to the last Cubs game... we didn't have time to go for dinner before, and I didn't know until almost 5pm that I was even going, so I didn't have the chance to pack much in the way of good, safe food. So I ended up eating a Luna Bar and a bunch of roasted peanuts. I think the peanuts about killed me. I won't be making that mistake again!
