Diario di dl3c1, 22 gen 24

You know, I'm really pissed. I have been working my ass off, weighing out my food and working out. I'm fitter: can run 5 miles non stop, plank for 4 minutes, and run up stairs for 30 minutes non stop. I feel strong and good but yet all of this has barely done anything to my physical appearance or weight. I have even gone up from my starting weight. I like being fit and strong and all but I want to feel good about how I look in clothes too. I'm just angry and ranting. I'm going to increase my exercise and cut my calories some more I guess. yay!
