Yes, keep moving forward-- it will pass. You can check YouTube for low carb or Keto hacks of foods that you may be missing. When I first started, I ate keto noodles. Now I've been looking for flour recipes in hope that I can one day make bread that is low carb and gluten-free. Just focus on how much better you feel every lost inch or lb. You've got this!
