Seriously don't know what's going on. Have been eating the same sort of meals forever and the past 6 month's I'm just gaining gaining, gaining. Today I've started shakes just to try and lose some of this fastish. It's obvious that my choices of midnight munchies suck not that I thought a handful of nuts and olives or the odd Sao with vegemite would do that but hey. So back to the drawing board, counting my calories, being accountable for what I put in my mouth and regaining control of my diabetes type 2. Need to start walking again but 39° day's just suck the energy out of me, will have to go to the Mall and walk around there. Anyway I weighed in at 97.4 today, the heaviest I've ever been.
