Today I get my tailored weight training from a personal trainer. Last week i just did 45 mins on the treadmill a day because the gym is such a daunting place for a newbie. Really excited, checking my app every 5 minutes to see when I can do down and do it :D. Also my husband is joining the gym with my today, double excitement!
