Body fat is still coming down, but weight has ticked up a little. Ok with that, but something to watch. I took a few days off tracking and definitely ate a bit more. Been hungry following days skiing paired with increased resistance training

Downhill or cross country? I stick with cross country these days, but used to downhill

Downhill. Mostly resort. I have some friends trying to get me into the backcountry more, but I’m still a little leery. Cross country is great exercise. My wife grew up in MTL and did lots of cross country.

I used to do backcountry a little in my younger, gnarlier days. Was incredibly fun, but definitely a challenge. Give it a go! 😃 Or, just enjoy your downhill, if that's your preference. It's a great activity
