had a good day today :) was down a little bit. woke up early and went on a 3 mile hike with my friends mum she's amazing and we had a great time hiking it was sooo hot that i was sweating like crazy i must have sweated out a couple of pounds :P once we got back from the hike we went to see my friend Rachel at her work before we headed out to Laguna it was sooo warm i couldn't believe it but it was really fun we went shopping and then took photos on the beach. for dinner we headed to huntingtion beach where i was careful and had a salad it was soo nice. I am shattered now though lol. Tomorrow i am getting my first tattoo and then rachel are heading down to san diego and la hoya i am sooooo excited :)
