atkins doesn't have to be boring! i've been on this woe for about 10 years and there are lots of choices. if you're in induction, yes, it's fairly restrictive, but that's only for a short time. going no carb is not a good idea, you need to eat your 20 net carbs a day, most (12-15) from veggies and the rest from cream or cheese. seriously, the veggies are important so don't skip them. and don't forget lots and lots of water! you should do some reading up on this woe, either the atkins book, here on fs, or lots of resources on the internet. so many people here to support and answer questions you might have, so ask away. good luck!
