I have this problem of binging a lot of food one or two days a week. My calorie count for the rest of the week is fairly low usually so it all averages out and I end up losing some weight but I can’t stop beating myself up on those binge days. I blame it on lack of sleep and drama in the household that I won’t get into on here. Just wanted to vent somewhere for a minute. Thanks for reading.
