Ok I admit it. I am not going to lose weight if I eat more than 1450 calories per day. How long have I known this? -- oh, forever. I think I have to give myself a break over the holidays... No.. I don't mean just do whatever I pleased... but with all the socializing I think my goal should be to hold fast to where I am right now and now worry so much about losing over the next 8 weeks. and I think I need to stay off the scale. I've always known this about myself: I am better off with no scale in the house at all and just weighing in at the doctor's occasionally. The bouncing up and down really aggravates me.
