I have to admit I get careless and eat my feelings. I lost a friend to cancer and it’s really been tough. I miss him a lot. I’m putting effort towards turning this pain into motivation. He was a fit and healthy person; kind and patient great father, friend and listener 🥹 I know he’d want me to be upbeat and doing everything I really want to accomplish and not moping around. He really lived, he raised 4 beautiful successful young adults and he was truly happy. He left his stamp here with no loose ends to tie up.
