Good weekend, Good workout this morning I really need to get hard on this stuff again, I am tired of my weight not changing and I know I am the one responsible for this and no one else, time to crack the whip.
Everyone have a great Holiday week, on a better note I now have little over 20 rolls of lights on my house.

You're ahead of me, haven't even gotten the lights out of the attic yet. crrrrAAAACKK that whip! Putting up all those lights has got to burn some calories I'd think.

The number isn't what's important...you're looking good and feeling better. Don't get caught up with a number that may not be right! Get back on track and cut yourself some slack...like you don't run at full steam all week long!!!
